When is the Ultra-30 Bootcamp being conducted?

The Ultra 30 Bootcamp is a monthly cohort-based program. Our third cohort will begin on the 11th of January, 2023.

Where is the Ultra-30 Bootcamp being conducted?

Our Bootcamp is community-led. It will be a guided coaching program on a private thread on our Slack channel- The Cyborg Army.

Why should I join this bootcamp?

Ultra-30 is designed to help you at every step of the way & push you to see significant gains in your metabolic scores ↗️. Our nutrition science team will guide you at every step of the way & our community will inspire you to make positive lifestyle changes that have long-term implications for your metabolic health.

Do I become part of the Ultra-30 Bootcamp on filling the type-form?

Unfortunately, not. We have a manual selection process for the Bootcamp. You will receive a mail if you are selected with a link to join our private channel on Slack.

Do I have to pay for this?

It’s a free Bootcamp. We only require your active participation. However, there will be limited seats for each cohort monthly.

Is there any pre-requisite to joining the program?

This program is designed for individuals without any medical conditions. Having two active sensors on you over the 30 days of this program is mandatory. This helps the nutrition science team guide you better in understanding your data & improving your overall metabolic health.

Will I receive 1:1 coaching during the Bootcamp?

The nutrition science team will address your queries case by case. You will receive individual feedback on the Slack channel itself. Our advice is tailored to help you optimize your metabolic health , but this requires active participation.
