Who can participate in the referral program?
As a Cyborg, you can invite your friends to become Cyborgs to kickstart their metabolic fitness journey using the Ultrahuman M1.
When is the referral week?
Referral week starts on 1st January (12:00 AM IST) and goes on till the 10th January (11:59 PM IST).
Whom can I refer?
Anyone that’s not already a Cyborg is fair game.
How can I refer my friends?
You can do this through the Ultrahuman app. Go to Metabolism tab > Scroll down to find ‘Refer & win’ widget > Swipe up to send an invite > Enter the email address of those you want to refer and we’ll email them an accelerated invite on your behalf.
How can I win the grand prize?
If you successfully refer five friends within the referral week you win the Theragun mini. The offer is valid during the referral week from 1st January (12:00 AM IST) to 10th January (11:59 PM IST).
Referrals are considered successful when your referee completes the purchase of any of the Ultrahuman M1 plans using your invitation within the duration of the referral week.
What's more? You get complimentary sensor(s) too on your Ultrahuman M1 renewal.
What do my referees get for using my invite?
Every time your referees purchase any of the Ultrahuman M1 plans within the referral week through your invitation, we'll ship them complimentary sensor(s) along with their purchase.
Do only top referrers stand a chance to win the grand prize?
Nope! Every Cyborg that completes five successful referrals wins the Theragun Mini.
How do I earn more invites?
Every time you renew your M1 purchase, we’ll automatically add one invite to your profile. This is applicable for all plan durations.
When your referee makes a purchase through the invite that you shared, we’ll email you about it and automatically add two invites to your profile. This is applicable for all plan durations.
How many friends should I refer to win the grand prize?

How will I know when my referees use my invite?
What if my referee has purchased before the referral week?
If your referee has purchased an M1 plan before the referral week, it implies that they’re already a Cyborg. And you can’t refer to existing Cyborgs. Refer mortals!
What about my referrals so far? Do they count?
They don’t qualify for the referral week. Only successful referrals within the referral week count.
What if I don’t have enough invites?
Ideally, you won’t land in that situation. You’re given five invites from the get-go. You may use these invites selectively. As and when your referees make a purchase, we’ll add two invites to your profile every time your referee makes a purchase.
Additionally, you also earn one invite when you renew your M1 plan!
I sent an invite but my referee doesn’t seem to have received it.
Uh oh! It’s possible that the invite we sent to your referee on your behalf landed in their non-primary email inboxes such as promotions or spam. Our invites are optimised to deliver at light speed. If you’re still facing any issue, please write to cyborg@ultrahuman.com and we’ll gladly help.
If I successfully refer 10 friends, do I get 2 Theragun Mini?
The Theragun mini is awarded as soon as you complete five successful referrals. And just once. However, your referees continue to get complimentary sensor(s) throughout the referral week.
