BENGALURU, March 16, 2026 – Ultrahuman today announced the launch of Migraine Insights, a new PowerPlug designed to help users explore patterns related to headaches and migraines using continuous biometric data from the Ultrahuman Ring AIR and Ring PRO. The feature launches first in India and the United Arab Emirates, introducing a data-driven wellness experience for one of the world’s most common neurological conditions.
Migraines affect more than one billion people globally. For women aged 15–49, migraine is the leading cause of disability worldwide, with women experiencing migraines nearly three times more often than men.
Many people try to understand their migraine patterns using symptom diaries or trigger lists. These tools record what has already happened, but they often make it difficult to see how daily habits, sleep, or other lifestyle factors may relate to headache patterns over time. Migraine Insights PowerPlug aims to address this.
Migraine Insights was developed in collaboration with Click Therapeutics. Click is the manufacturer of CT-132, an FDA-authorized prescription digital therapeutic indicated for the preventive treatment of migraine.
Using data from the Ultrahuman Ring, Migraine Insights brings together wearable signals and user-logged information to help users better understand how their daily habits and physiology may relate to headache patterns.
Key capabilities include:
The program also introduces adaptive goals across sleep, hydration, activity, and stress, which are designed to adjust over time based on wearable data and user progress.
Alongside biometric insights, Migraine Insights includes a structured eight-week educational experience designed to support healthy habits and lifestyle awareness. The experience features 57 short audio lessons across 11 chapters, covering topics such as:
Each lesson includes practical exercises such as paced breathing, reflection prompts, and mindfulness practices designed for everyday use.
“Migraine Insights reflects our belief that the body is constantly producing signals that can help people better understand their health,” said Mohit Kumar, Founder and CEO of Ultrahuman. “By combining wearable biomarker data with behavioral science and education, we aim to help users explore patterns in their daily habits and physiology.”
“Click Therapeutics has spent years developing digital approaches to support people living with migraine,” said David Benshoof Klein, CEO and founder of Click Therapeutics. “This collaboration brings our expertise in digital health experiences together with Ultrahuman’s wearable data platform.”
Research suggests that physiological signals such as heart rate variability, sleep patterns, and hormonal changes may be associated with migraine patterns in some individuals.
Migraine Insights draws on published scientific literature exploring these relationships and uses wearable data to help users visualize how these signals may relate to their own experiences over time.
The feature reflects Ultrahuman’s broader vision of turning continuous health data into practical insights for everyday wellbeing.
Migraine Insights launches March 16, 2026, for Ultrahuman users in India and the United Arab Emirates, with additional global rollout planned in future phases.
The feature will be available through the Ultrahuman app as a PowerPlug for compatible Ultrahuman Ring users.
